Return and Refund Policy


Our companys Return and Refund Policy hopes you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase.

With you can return an order within 14 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items. Refunds will not be given after 14 days under any circumstances.

Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

While you are receiving your parcel from Courier Service/Post Office Please check the parcel, if the seal is broken or box is damaged.

In case if the box is damaged or seal is broken, file a compliant to respective postal/courier service and let us know as early as possible.

We will assist you to claim your money refund or to receive again your ordered product.

Unwanted goods will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days with shipment charges apply – no questions asked!
Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing or broken.

Faulty or incorrect goods
All sex toys ordered, are checked and tested before shipment. Batteries are placed into electric vibrating sex toys and test them before shipment and all these, in order to eliminate the possibility of faulty products.

Product Warranties
Some, high end manufacturers such as LELO, FUN FACTORY, WE-VIBE, FUN TOYS, offer full one (1) year warranty on all there products. All the rest of the manufacturers, are sold with three (3) months warranty. Warranty commences from the date of purchase. Warranties apply when products failed to comply due to manufacturers misfault, design or wrong materials used. does not hold any responsibily, for products failure due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance.

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. work on a same day despatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
Also note that if your order was despatched before your order cancellation, the shipping cost will be reduced from your refund money.

Lingerie and sexy clothing
If your lingerie or sexy clothing doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you are looking for then don’t worry. We are happy to refund or exchange items. Please remember to keep your knickers on though!
You will also need to make sure all labels are still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items back if they have been removed unless they are faulty.
We are really sorry to say that this policy does not apply to Latex clothing due to hygiene. If items have been taken out of the sealed packaging, we will not be able to accept them back. If you are unsure of your size, we would recommend going for a larger size.
